My experience:
1) For a "defective" claim, they do not provide a label for free shipping of the product.

4) Bought a defective item. Example: bad item or 1 out of 3 items was not included. They also do not issue refunds. They ask for a video, they ask for more photos, but they don't refund the money. They deceive even more often.
5) In Russia: buy chains made of normal silver, not potentially toxic metals.
